flow of goods, services, people, capital, and information. Entrepreneurial

next fifty years. Poor people in the developed world will best
be assisted by the elimination of professional licensure and other
constraints on occupational freedom, the liberation of education,
and the elimination of costly regulations and restrictions that
increase their cost of living and reduce their choice of education,
health care, housing, and community options.
